FRIENDS CAR & LIMOUSINE SERVICE, INC. was conceived in March of 1989 in response to the demand for a limousine service in the Mercer County area that was committed to providing superior service at equitable prices. With over fourteen years of experience in successfully serving the needs of corporate clients, we, at FRIENDS CAR & LIMOUSINE SERVICE, INC. believe that our perfect mix of equipment, automation, personnel, service principals, and price positions us far above the competition.
THE BEST DRIVERS...
All drivers are required to wear a dark suit, maintain an
excellent driving record, have at least two years professional
driving experience, and have a commercial drivers license. Our
drivers will wear a black tie tuxedo upon request.
Our hiring process for drivers is one of the most in
depth in the industry. All drivers go through an
extensive background check including a fingerprint analysis
by the state. They are also tested for illegal drug
use before being hired and then randomly as long as they are
employed.
Once hired each driver is trained on every airport and major
corporate location that we travel too. The drivers are
given an extensive review of defensive driving along with all of
our other safety procedures. A test is given once
the training is complete to confirm the driver is prepared to
meet our customers.
THE BEST SERVICE...
24 HOUR DISPATCH - Our main office is open seven days a week 24 hours a day. During this time, a dispatcher is available to book immediate reservations and make changes to existing reservations.
FAX RESERVATIONS - By using the facsimile reservation transmittal form that we will provide, your company can reserve limousine service Monday through Friday from the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.. Upon receiving your request, we will respond by faxing to you a confirmation.
INTERNET RESERVATIONS - By clicking 'request service' below your company can reserve limousine service quickly and easily using the Internet.
CONFIRMATION - All reservations are computerized. Upon request, on the same business day that you place the reservation, our offices will send you a confirmation via FAX, phone, or e-mail.
CANCELLATION - A computer generated cancellation number must be obtained from our dispatcher for all cancellations. To obtain this number, we must receive notice of your cancellation prior to the dispatch of our driver from our garage. Your company will be billed full price if you do not obtain a cancellation number.
800 NUMBER - For your convenience we have a toll free international 800 number.
CELL PHONE DISPATCHED - All drivers are required to have a
cellular phone for immediate communication with our dispatcher.
VIP RECOGNITION - All corporate CEO's and/or Presidents receive stretch limousine service at sedan prices
for airport travel when available and upon request.
NO WALK POLICY - No passenger will ever be refused
limousine service regardless of the time of day under normal
weather conditions with 24 hours notice.
