Touch of Class Limousines of Trenton, NJ is a leading regional provider of car services to high profile corporate executives and private clients in the New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania area.
Position Description: Reliably transport senior executives, professional workers and other clients to and from specified destinations in the New Jersey, New York Metro, Philadelphia Metro and other areas. Safely and expertly operate a luxury automobile and larger vehicles, handle luggage, perform basic maintenance and minor repairs and provide other services that provide our clients unsurpassed dependability, pleasure and comfort.
Requirements: Must have a valid NJ or PA Driver’s License. Must be at least 25 years of age. Must satisfactorily pass a criminal background check, drug screen examination, and have a satisfactory driving record. Must be well groomed and attired, have acceptable social skills, etiquette, articulation and a willingness to provide whatever services are required to delight our clients. Must be thoroughly dependable, follow directions, and be able to read and follow routes on a map.
Desired: Prior experience as a driver, preferably in the Livery Industry. A knowledge of locations in our service area, particularly Central New Jersey and the New York and Philadelphia Metro Areas. A willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate the changing requirements of our business is highly desirable. A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is desirable to allow the driver to operate our larger vehicles. Chauffeurs should evidence a commitment to client service, a strong sense of dependability, and a stable work history.
Compensation: Typically Chauffeurs earn an hourly rate of $6.00 - $8.00, depending on experience, + 18% gratuity on scheduled trips with clients. |

Position Description: Ensures timely and accurate dispatch of Chauffeurs for daily assignments. Assigns and allocates equipment and human resources to meet scheduled trips. Prepares maps, directions, and other related materials to Chauffeurs. Anticipates and monitors schedule changes and adjusts resources accordingly. Tracks trip progress and communicates with Chauffeurs directly or via radio to assist in the execution of their assignments. Interacts with Customer Service to receive and provide up to date information on reservation changes. May be required to move vehicles on premises.
Requirements: Must have a valid Driver’s License, pass a criminal background check and drug test. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working as a dispatcher at a transportation company, preferably in the Livery Industry. Must have basic computer skills that include data entry and documentation. Must possess superior communication and telephone skills to effectively and professionally relay information to Chauffeurs, Customer Service and clients. Must be able to anticipate unforeseen problems and make contingency plans. Must have strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in adjusting to changing schedules and requirements.
Desired: Prior experience as a Dispatcher with a Livery Services Company. Must have a strong work ethic, a willingness to work long, changing hours that are altered with limited notice. Should demonstrate a stable work history and a sense or urgency to satisfy clients at all costs.
Compensation: $25,000 - $55,000 depending on experience and scope of required duties. |

Position Description: Accepts customer reservations by telephone, email or fax. Inputs and confirms all new and changed reservations. Coordinates verbally with Dispatchers to ensure availability of Chauffeurs and equipment to accommodate client requests. Quotes price for services. Is point of contact for external inquiries about billing and service incidents. Manages service for client events and group meetings.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer service/call center environment, preferably in the Transportation or Hospitality Industry. Must have superior and professional telephone and communication skills. Must be dedicated to providing cheerful, accurate and timely information to clients. Must tactfully receive and favorably dispose of customer complaints and billing disputes. Must have knowledge of airline scheduling conventions and terminology. Must be able to handle fast paced environment cheerfully and efficiently. Must be familiar with typical computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, data base) and be able to enter data while speaking to clients on the telephone.
Desired: Prior experience with a travel agency, airline, or livery company. Must be willing to work an extended and flexible schedule with minimal notice. Should demonstrate evidence of customer service values and have a stable work record.
Compensation: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour, depending on experience. |
